TWO WALKS AND SNIFFS ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER

Two Walks (and Sniffs) around Prospect Park
Thursday, September 1st, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday, September 11th, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Dogs adopted from shelters and from rescues, along with their adoptive "parents," are invited to take a walk together, exchange stories and advice, and get exercise while enjoying a casual leashed walk in Prospect Park. The dogs can socialize and will get exercise in a controlled environment.

Kate Tully, organizer of Adopted Dogs of NYC, and her dog Batman will meet you by the horse statue at Prospect Park West and 9th Street. Batman is a black chihuahua, and he'll be sporting a red collar.

Sign up for Thursday, September 1st, for Sunday, September 11th, or for both.

You don't need to own a dog to participate. You may just feel like taking a walk with dogs and their human companions.
