Gourmet North Indian Cooking Class

Menu:
- Palak Paneer (spinach in Indian cheese with onion, ginger, and garlic)
- Shrimp Malai Curry (shrimp in coconut milk, onion, garlic, and ginger)
- Samosa (pastry stuffed with vegetables or meat. Students will learn how to make samosa from scratch.)
- Pulao (rice with carrots, onion, cinnamon, and cardamon)
YOU get to cook too. Bring containers with you so you can bring home the dishes you cook.
The class is limited to eight people.
