SOME AREAS OF PROSPECT PARK CLOSED THIS WEEKEND

Because of the damage that was done in Prospect Park by Hurricane Irene, these areas of the park are closed today (Friday, September 2nd) through Monday, September 5th:

• Lookout Hill
• Rocky Pass between the Long Meadow Pools and Nethermead Arches
• Peninsula woodland section & trails
• Parts of the Vale of Cashmere
• Pedestrian path between Parkside and Ocean Avenue entrances just south of Drummer's Grove
