A dozen photos of trees damaged or toppled by the storm are posted on the Brooklynian forum. The first photo in the series shows a tree on Albemarle Road by E. 2nd Street that wasn't uprooted, but only a portion of its trunk remains, and you can see where it was cleft by the force of the wind.

The tree resting on a fence on E. 4th Street between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Caton Avenue is in the East Fourth Street Community Garden and is pictured here.

A tree once thrived here on E. 4th by Albemarle.
