II. The Conversation, with Steven Morrison: Steven is basically obsessed with weaving these ancient and universally spiritual concepts into all facets of life: Be compassionate, everything is energy, have an attitude of gratitude, listen to inspiration, we all are connected, we are here for a reason, we belong to the Planet, not the Planet to us.
That's what his spiritual workout is all about and what he will do with our class. His only agenda is to playfully infuse the evening with these concepts.
