FOUR FELONIES IN KENSINGTON, AUGUST 29TH THROUGH SEPTEMBER 4TH, FROM THE 66TH PRECINCT'S PIMS UNIT

Robberies:
  • Three men struck a man, causing him injury, and forcibly removed his property, consisting of money and Chinese food. An arrest was made. Location: McDonald Avenue.
Grand Larcenies:
  • A woman left her shopping bag--containing her wallet--unattended on a chair in a lobby. When she went back to retrieve it, the wallet was missing. The thief is unknown. Location: Avenue C.
  • A driver returned to his parked vehicle and saw that it had been broken into by an unknown perpetrator by unknown means and the criminal had removed personal belongings from the vehicle. Location: in front of 260 Ocean Parkway, between Beverley Road and Avenue C, just south of Beverley Road.
  • A woman stated that an unknown person removed her cellphone and fled in an unknown  direction. Location: Ocean Parkway and 18th Avenue.
