This weekend, service on the F train between 18th Avenue and Jay Street-Metrotech and on the G train between Church Avenue and Hoyt-Schermerhorn streets will be, in the words of the MTA, "severely disrupted." Service is disrupted in both directions. The reason: work on the infrastructure.
From 11:30 p.m. on Friday, May 20, until Monday, May 23rd, at 5:00 a.m., the F and G trains will operate in two sections, and shuttle bus service will replace trains.
F trains will run in these two sections: 1. Between 179 St and Jay St-MetroTech, then via the C to Euclid Av, the last stop.
2. Between 18 Av and Stillwell Av.

G trains will run in these two sections:
1. Between Court Sq and Bedford-Nostrand Avs.
2. Between Bedford-Nostrand Avs and Hoyt-Schermerhorn Sts, every 20 minutes.
