Tai Chi is an ancient art form of movement that's beneficial to health and well-being. Its movements are ideal for people with diabetes, back pain, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Tai Chi enhances the flow of energy (chi) within the meridians (energy channels). It helps increase the range of motion. Its breathing techniques help with everyday activities.
Teri Gorbea will teach a five-week series of Tai Chi classes at Namaste Yoga of Kensington that begins on Sunday, June 5th.
