Hi, Indian food lovers,
I just wanted to let you know that I am offering two classes this weekend, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. Below are the menus and other details. If you are interested, let me know. The time is from 2:30-5pm and the price is $40 per person. My classes are very interactive. You will be able to cook and have dinner and take home the leftovers for the next day's lunch.

- Lamb Vindaloo
- Paneer Tikka Masala
- Roti
Sunday
- Salmon in Yogurt Sauce
- Baigan Bharta (smoked eggplant with onion, cilantro, etc.)
- Lemon Rice
