With the retirement of Doris Ortiz, Community Board 14's District Manager, CB 14's Executive Committee has authorized that a Search Committee be formed to find a candidate to fill the position. The Search Committee will then formally recommend a candidate to the Board.
Anyone who would like to apply for the District Manager position should send a cover letter and their résumé to Alvin M. Berk, Chairman, Brooklyn Community Board 14, 810 East 16th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11230. The cover letter and résumé can be mailed or delivered to the Board's office, but the Board must receive it on or before the end of its business day on May 31st.
Ms. Ortiz's retirement is effective July 1st.
