Friends of Greenwood Playground will present these excellent musicians and dancers at the Flea Market on Saturday, May 7th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:
- 10:00 a.m.: Debbie Deane sings lush, soulful songs influenced by jazz and soul.
- 11:00 a.m.: "Vo-Duo" is Markus Schwartz on percussion and Monvelyno Alexis on guitar and vocals playing Haitian roots jazz.
12:00 noon: Caroline and David Gould of The Inner Banks will delve into their songbook of British folk, Americana, and rock for this special KWT affair. - 1:00 p.m.: Marje Wagner, vocalist/pianist, jazzes up the playground.
- 2:00 p.m: Cynthia King, our community dance diva!
- 3:00 p.m.: Merle "Misty" Jones croons country classics with his lonely guitar.
- 4:00 p.m.: "Miss Katie" sings her original twinkly and folkish songs.
And for the adults, they'll have Katie Mullins.
Friends of Greenwood Playground is now taking reservations for vendors. And they still need volunteers!
