CITY'S RESPONSE TO COMMUNITY BOARD 12'S BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FISCAL YEAR 2012

CAPITAL AND EXPENSE BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS AND AGENCY RESPONSES

A Public Hearing will be held to review the City’s Fiscal Year 2012 Capital and Expense Budget responses to our budget recommendations which the Board reviewed in September 2010.

At this Public Hearing Board members and the public can comment on these responses.  We must then respond to Mayor Bloomberg with a Letter of Comment on the preliminary budget and the agencies responses to our requests.

The Public Hearing will be held on –

TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2011

6:00 PM TO 7:00 PM

AT THE

COMMUNITY BOARD 12 OFFICE

5910– 13^TH AVENUE, BROOKLYN, NY

Comments will be taken at that time and will be noted in our comments on the budget.  The Board’s response is due by March 17^th.   Copies of the agencies responses to our requests will be available at the Board Office for review.
