We are looking to hire well experienced cook -- full time position.
We are: small Upscale European style cafe, very healthy food, most electrical equipment, small kitchen for only 1 to 2 cooks most, family oriented, clear, local customers only.
Qualities we need: know how to cook well: fish, stake, pastas, salads, soups, breakfast. Can work alone in a fast paste environment. Has entrepreneur spirit. Not messy and knows how to clean well the kitchen after yourself. On time to work and can start at 6am. Not a drinker, honest, reliable, loves to make food look and taste good. Can take extra responsibilities: make food orders. Understands value and cost of each dish. Has food-handling license. Not a smoker. Prefer someone who lives closer in Brooklyn.
