Children's Book Swap
Wednesday, August 1st, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Trade your child's books for someone else's this Wednesday at Greenwood Playground. Any type of children's book for any age or reading level is welcome. Turn in a book and leave with a "new" one. Turn in three books and leave with three "new"ones.
Turn your book (or books) over to Beth Sutinis, who will be sitting by the chess tables from 11:00 a.m. to about noon. Then sign in with your name and the number of books you brought. Beth, who is a freelance children's book editor for Scholastic, will sort the books based on the age level each one is geared toward. She'll be able to help you choose one or more books at your child's reading level that will suit her or his interests.
Extra books will be donated.
