Another business on the block of Church Avenue that's between E. 4th and E. 5th streets in Kensington has closed. A sign in the window of Alzahraa, a Middle Eastern grocery store that opened last year, says "Business for Sale." Alzahraa had been next door to Plaza 5 de Mayo, which also closed this month, after being open for eight years. The third closed business on that block is Connie's Cafe. It opened in July 2009 and closed in April 2012.
