The 66 precinct spokesman had no information on the two incidents Joy Rich described in her post. Yes, he said, there are lots of things the NYPD does that we are not going to be told about. He said we are getting reports (in the PIMS 66 weekly felony figures) of some incidents "under investigation," for example, the burglaries, but not all. Once an investigation in this area is concluded, it might appear on the weekly figures, but he didn't clarify how it would be listed.
