Last summer on Saturdays, GrowNYC brought a farmers' market (the Kensington Youthmarket) to Fort Hamilton Parkway at E. 5th Street. This summer, GrowNYC would like to bring a farmers' market to the front of P.S. 154 on Sundays.
The first step in getting the farmers' market is to tell Community Board 7 that Windsor Terrace residents want it--by writing a brief letter of support to the board. That will pave the way for GrowNYC to present a proposal at the community board meeting in mid-April.
