ARREST IN FATAL STABBING ON 40TH STREET

Police have arrested Arcadio Perez and charged him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the Friday night fatal stabbing of Obedo Tum. Perez, 49, lives in the apartment building that Tum lived in at 1360 40th Street in Borough Park. Reports originally stated that police were searching for Tum's roommate.
