MEDITATION, PRACTICALLY FREE

Meditation
Fridays, 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Join meditation leaders Walker and Angie Muraqba on Friday evenings at Namaste Yoga. Drop in anytime from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for a few minutes, an hour, or longer. Learn how to meditate, release stress, feel, live better, and build a healthy sleep pattern.

You can bring a yoga mat with you, or you can rent one from Namaste Yoga for $2.00 (cash only).

Complimentary food and drinks (tea, coffee) served.

Fee: only $5 per person per three-hour session (cash only).
