A DOG TREAT DISPENSER IS ON ITS WAY

Supporters of Sean Casey Animal Rescue donated $300--in less than six hours--to buy a replacement for the dog treat dispenser stolen last month. The rescue set up a ChipIn fund on Friday afternoon. By Friday evening, the needed funds had been raised, and the order for the dispenser was placed today.

The dispenser that the rescue kept on the sidewalk during store hours was stolen soon after the store opened for the day on April 13th. Not just the dispenser and the treats were gone but also the quarters that people had fed into the machine, loose change that helped support the shelter. Soon, a new machine will stand at the ready to dispense treats for those deserving dogs.

A separate donation of $100.00 was given to buy treats to fill the new dispenser.
