WORKSHOP ON COMMUNITY-BUILDING THROUGH GREENING AND BEAUTIFICATION


The Kensington Stewards Recruitment Workshop
Thursday, May 11th, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Everyone who would like to learn about The Kensington Stewards or is interested in community activities is welcome to participate in a free recruitment workshop for the Stewards. The interactive workshop will include a combination of discussions and group activities.

The event has been scheduled for Thursday, May 11th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. To RSVP, send an e-mail to kferrall @ thehort.org.

Snacks will be provided.

The Kensington Stewards is a neighborhood civic organization dedicated to open space projects, which build community through greening and beautification. The current focus is on Kensington Plaza (in front of Walgreens on Beverley Road) and Avenue C Plaza (McDonald Avenue at Avenue C).
