Visit the southern side of Green-wood Cemetery with veteran Green-Wood tour guide Ruth Edebohls, with its notable monuments and mausoleums.
Hear the stories of
- the Park Slope plane crash of 1960,
- "Truth Seeker" D. M. Bennett, a Russian prince,
- gangsters Joey Gallo and Albert Anastasia,
- lyricist Fred Ebb,
- an early Richard Upjohn mausoleum, and
- the generation-spanning Cutter family from a Civil War general to a 20th-century U.S. senator.
The walk may be hilly and strenuous, so wear comfortable, supportive walking shoes.
