Southern Exposure: More Tales of Green-Wood Walking Tour
Sunday, September 16th, 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Visit the southern side of Green-wood Cemetery with veteran Green-Wood tour guide Ruth Edebohls, with its notable monuments and mausoleums.

Hear the stories of
  • the Park Slope plane crash of 1960,
  • "Truth Seeker" D. M. Bennett, a Russian prince,
  • gangsters Joey Gallo and Albert Anastasia,
  • lyricist Fred Ebb,
  • an early Richard Upjohn mausoleum, and
  • the generation-spanning Cutter family from a Civil War general to a 20th-century U.S. senator.

The walk may be hilly and strenuous, so wear comfortable, supportive walking shoes.

Reservations are recommended. To purchase tickets, call (718) 210-3080 or order them online.
