15th Annual Brooklyn Pride Day
- 8:00 a.m.: Registration for Pride 5K Fun Run at Bartel-Pritchard Square, 15th Street and Prospect Park West. Registration fee: $25.
- 9:00 a.m.: Pride 5K Fun Run begins.
- 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Brooklyn Pride Festival on Prospect Park West, from 9th Street to 15th Street. A street fair featuring stage performances (1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) with live music, comedy, and dance, a family zone (a play area for kids and families), shopping, food, and community organizations and businesses.
- Noon to 4:00 p.m.: Kids join in with sing a song, puppet making workshops, story time, bookmaking, and more.
- 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Night Pride Parade. March on 5th Avenue from 14th Street to Union Street. The first "Night Time Parade in the Northeast." Reviewing Stand at 4th Street and 5th Avenue. Grand Marshals: Reverend Ann Kansfield and Reverend Jennifer Aull of Greenpoint Reformed Church and Carl Siciliano, executive director of the Ali Forney Center.
