So, here are the GIFT CERTIFICATE options:

(1) $10 gift certificate: What do you get?

Finger Food (items below) and Masala Chai (Indian Tea with cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorn, ginger, etc.).

Items:
a) Samosa (tasty stuffed triangular flour dough, filling blend of potatoes, peas)
b) Pakora (onion fried in chickpea batter)
c) Chicken Cutlet
d) Eggplant Fritter
Price: $10 for one person, $20 for two persons, etc. (my delivery charge extra; you pick it up at no cost).
(2) $15 gift certificate: What do you get?

Mid-size Indian Dinner

Items:
a) 1 Appetizer
b) 2 Entrée (one vegetarian, one non-vegetarian)
c) 1 Dessert

Dinner order comes with roti, flavored rice, chutney (mint/coriander and tamarind).

Price: $15 for one person, $30 for two persons,  etc. (my delivery charge extra; you pick it up at no cost).

(3) $40 gift certificate: What do you get?

Items:
Interactive and Fun Cooking Classes ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6-9pm, Saturday from 3-6pm; Please coordinate with me before taking the class.

Duration: 3 hours. The students get hands-on cooking lessons; they also get to cook themselves. We cook one vegetarian, one non-vegetarian (two vegetarian dishes for those who prefer them), plus roti and pulao (flavored rice with cashew, raisin, onion and carrots). Then, the students eat the cooked food and bring the left over home (bring your own container).

Price: $40 per person.

Select your dishes and quantity desired, and I’ll let you know the price: you’ll like it, and that’s my promise. You can place your order on a weekly basis or twice a week. You can also arrange for a monthly plan with me. For daily orders, please let me know one day in advance so that I can prepare your food with care. Foods can be delivered to a particular place at a certain time or they could be picked up.
