Chi Kung for Health and Well-Being
Six Sundays: January 9th, 16th, and 23rd and
February 6th, 13th, and 20th, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Teri Gorbea is offering a six-week series focusing on Health and Well-Being through Chi Kung (also spelled Qi Gong).
- Experience this ancient art form that combines mind and breath with a gentle flow of movements that will awaken your muscles, work your core, and energize your entire being.
- Learn wonderful self-massages (receive your handout so you can jumpstart your day).
- Explore nutrition for health and well-being (receive food samples and/or recipes).
- Each class will end with a guided meditation for total transformation.
Cost: $120 for the six-week class; $25 for a single class
