The first of six sessions of yoga for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to meditate, relax, and stretch with their infants or toddlers will be held on Wednesday, August 8th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. That will be followed by a free half-hour
of open play from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. plus organic light snacks.
The cost of the six-week series is $150 ($25 per single class).
