E. 3rd Street--from Fort Hamilton Parkway to 18th Avenue--will be closed on Tuesday, July 5th, Wednesday, July 6th, Thursday, July 7th, and Friday, July 8th, so the road can be milled. The sign above is posted on E. 3rd between Church Avenue and Albemarle Road. Other blocks of E. 3rd Street are closed on other days.
The small print at the bottom of the sign reads "You will not be penalized for violating this temporary parking restriction." But it also says "If your car is missing from the restricted area, call your local police precinct for information." Better to move your car yourself than have the city move it!
