COOKING CLASS: LOW FAT AND LOW CHOLESTEROL DISHES

Hands-on cooking class: preparing a full-course dinner of low fat and low cholesterol dishes.

Learn to cook great vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Enjoy your food and be healthy naturally. Learn to make delicious, mouth-watering dishes that are easily digestible in this hot weather.

This interactive yet entertaining class is a simple way to start thinking, cooking, and living a healthier lifestyle.


Menu:
1) Jeera Rice
2) Lehsuni Daal (garlic-flavored lentils)
3) Salmon in Yogurt Sauce
4) Baigan Bharta (Smoked Eggplant with onion, cilantro, and other aromatic spices)

Cost: $50 per person

NOTE: Students also get to cook and bring their dishes back home. Bring your own containers, please.
