Unplowed streets and other snow-related problems can be reported and/or mapped online:
- Snow or Ice on Roadway Report (311 Online)
- Snow or Ice on Sidewalks Report (311 Online) Property owners must create a 4 to 5-foot wide path clear of snow and ice on the sidewalk next to their property and clear snow from any bus stops or fire hydrants on those sidewalks. You cannot shovel snow into the traffic lanes of a street.
- Abandoned Vehicle (311 Online)
- Submit Snow Removal Issue in Council District 39 City Councilmember Brad Lander's page for reporting these problems: Street is not plowed, Sidewalk not cleared, Bus stop not clear, Subway entrance, Abandoned car, Previous issue was resolved
