FELONIES REPORTED TO THE 66TH PRECINCT, NOVEMBER 29TH THROUGH DECEMBER 5TH

The 66th Precinct informed us that three felonies in Kensington were reported to them during the week of November 29th through December 5th.

Burglary: December 1st, at 524 McDonald Avenue, between Church Avenue and Avenue C. An unknown perpetrator broke into a commercial office and took money from a desk. No arrest was made.

Assault: December 1st, at Ditmas Junior High School, on Cortelyou Road at E. 7th Street. A teacher was injured by eating an apple with staples in it that were put there by a student. The student was arrested.

Robbery: December 3rd, 7:30 p.m., at the corner of E. 5th Street and Beverley Road. A 19-year-old man was pushed to the ground, kicked, and punched in the face by four men in their 20s. The perpetrators took his phone and his wallet. All four were arrested.

  • a crime is in progress, and
  • any other situation that needs immediate attention.
