P.S. 130 will hold its 8th Annual Flea Market on Saturday, April 26th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
Items to be sold will include clothing for kids and teens, shoes, toys, and games.
Donations of clean (no stains or holes) clothing for kids and teens, shoes, toys and games (not broken or missing any parts), etc. will be accepted that morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Books aren't being accepted this year.
We wanted to inform you that there will be no meeting scheduled for the month of April due to the Passover Holiday.
Our next scheduled meeting will take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Please be sure to mark your calendars accordingly.

My annual Spring Clean and Green event in Prospect Park is scheduled for Sunday, May 4th from 10am-2pm.E-waste collection, Shredding, Textile Recycling, along with new services, giveaways and information from city agencies and local institutions. If you plan to bring Electronic Waste, please RSVP here.
The Kensington Dog Run, a place for dogs to play together and socialize, will get a spring cleaning on Sunday, April 26th (rain date: Sunday, April 27th), from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Users of the dog run and anyone else who'd like to volunteer are welcome to help maintain the dog run.
Coffee and donut holes will be provided.
Located on Coney Island Avenue in the Parade Ground near Prospect Park, the Kensington Dog Run opened in July 2020 after years of grassroots advocacy by neighborhood dog owners.
The Kensington Dog Run Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
--Spring Break is just around the corner, and we hope you'll join us at One World Project for our Seeds and Chefs camp, taking place April 14-18! We're cooking up a week chock-full of adventure, learning, and connection with nature for students ages 2-10, in which campers will explore the food we eat and where it comes from.At Seeds & Chefs, students will get the chance to practice lots of Spanish while they garden and cook healthy food together. We'll discover new plants and what helps them grow. We'll be learning about some key ingredients where they come from, and what makes them healthy. And of course, we'll get to taste all our culinary creations at the end.Registration is open now until the deadline, Tuesday, April 8 -- to register, please see our website here. Our camps are tailored to support children wherever they are in the process of language-learning, and all students are welcome with any level of previous Spanish experience. Open bluegrass jam sessions for musicians and music lovers will return to the East Fourth Street Community Garden for the third season in a row, weather permitting.
The series will take place from May 10th through September, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
All skill levels and ages are welcome to participate.
The next meeting between the public, the 72nd Precinct Community Council, and officers of the 72nd Precinct will be held on Wednesday, April 9th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
