"A dog has died presumably of rat poison, judging by the disappearance of clotting factor in the blood. Their frequent walks were taken along Prospect Park West between Bartel-Pritchard Square and 11th Street. Please use caution."
In addition, keep dogs away from Prospect Lake because of the presence of a high level of toxins from blue-green algae.
