Last night [Tuesday, August 8, 2017] my partner and I were able to arrest 2 teenagers in front of 112 East 2nd Street. The teenagers were witnessed checking car door handles near Seeley St. and 20th St. The witness observed them enter an unlocked BMW at that location. The teenagers removed property from the unlocked vehicle.
My partner and I were able to locate the owner of the vehicle....he is pressing charges. My partner and I were also able to recover the vehicle owner's property.
