KIDNAPPING OF TWO-YEAR-OLD POSSIBLY ATTEMPTED AT KENSINGTON/BOROUGH PARK BORDER

A man approached a two-year-old boy as he sat alone on the front steps of his house. As the man spoke to the boy and gestured for him to come closer, an older child stepped out of the house and onto the porch. The possible would-be kidnapper walked away.

This scenario took place this morning (Thursday, August 24th) at about 8:00 a.m. on 36th Street, near 12th Avenue, on the Kensington/Borough Park border.

A surveillance video of the incident is posted on the Twitter page of Myles Miller, PIX 11 News.
