Tallit-making Workshop
Sunday, September 18th, and Sunday, September 25th
noon to 2:00 p.m.
Learn about the ritual of tallit-wearing and make one of your own at Flatbush Jewish Center's tallit-making workshop, led by Lizzi Mazal, director of FJC's Jewish Explorer Club.
The workshop will take place in two Sunday sessions: September 18th and 25th, both from noon to 2:00 p.m. The cost for materials is $10, to be paid at the first session. For the second session, bring your own fabric to complete your tallit.
People of all ages are welcome; adults and older children will benefit from the workshop the most.
