How to make Windsor Terrace safe for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists will be discussed tonight by representatives from the New York City Department of Transportation and from New York City Councilmember Brad Lander's office at this public meeting.
The input of residents is important for making Windsor Terrace safer.
