Budget Hearing
Thursday, October 9th, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Community boards submit requests every year for projects that they want the next city budget to fund. Prior to submitting the requests, boards report to their constituents at a public hearing about what their priorities are for
- Capital Budget Priorities and
- Expense Budget Priorities.
People who reside within the boundaries of Community District 7 are invited to comment on the board's proposals
for fiscal year 2015-2016 and can suggest additional
capital expenditures, such as the purchase or physical improvement of buildings,
property, equipment, and infrastructure.
For the current fiscal year--2014-2015--the board had submitted thirty-eight
Capital Budget Priorities and Requests
and twenty-five Expense Budget Priorities and Requests. The requests are shown here ("Register of Community Board Budget Requests), along with the responses from each city agency responsible for administering the approved requests.
