Golden Farm employees won't have "their day in court" for another two weeks. The complaint filed by their union* against their employer--for failure to negotiate a work contract in good faith--won't be heard by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) until Wednesday, January 29th, at 9:00 a.m., on the fifth floor of 2 Metrotech.
