Good faith on the part of Golden Farm's owner has been conspicuously absent during negotiations for a job contract between him and his employees. So states the complaint that the union* representing those employees filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Good faith on the part of Golden Farm's owner has been conspicuously absent during negotiations for a job contract between him and his employees. So states the complaint that the union* representing those employees filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
The union, since November 2012, has been trying to negotiate a fair contract between the two parties--owner Sonny Kim and union members who work in Golden Farm. In August 2013, after nine months of negotiations, the
union filed the Unfair Labor Practice
complaint.
The
NLRB has determined that the
complaint has merit. It has scheduled a hearing for
this Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. on the fifth floor of
