Arrangements have not been made for the public to attend the meeting online or by phone. The public is only able to attend and participate in the meeting in person.

Community Councils are the liaison between the public and the NYPD. Meetings give residents and business owners a chance to talk face-to-face with a precinct's Commanding Officer as well as other officers.
