Owners who are sixty-two years old or older are eligible for a year of free property management through Senator Kevin Parker's scholarship program.

Affordable Property Management for Owners of 1-4 Unit Buildings

Free Informational Webinar
Thursday, February 17
6:00-7:00pm

NHS Brooklyn's new Property Management Program is designed to help owners of 1- to 4-unit buildings manage their property more effectively and efficiently.

Owners of small buildings will receive support like help finding tenants and collecting rent, and analyses of how operating expenses such as property insurance, equipment, and utility bills can be reduced.

Tenants will also benefit from the program through referrals to affordable units in buildings in the program and assistance submitting applications successfully for government benefits.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP!

Senator Kevin Parker (21st District) is offering his senior constituents a scholarship to participate in this program. You may be eligible if you are 62 or older and live within the Senator's 21st District (which includes parts or all of East Flatbush, Flatbush, Midwood, Ditmas Park, Kensington, Park Slope, or Windsor Terrace).

Owners of small buildings who are interested in property management services should join us for an informational webinar. If unable to make the webinar, please contact Byron Todman or Isanna Saxon at (718) 469-4679 or propertymanagementdept@nhsbrooklyn.org
