MAN WHO ROBBED WOMEN AT GUNPOINT IN KENSINGTON AND WINDSOR TERRACE IS SENTENCED TO THIRTY-ONE YEARS IN PRISON

Thirty-one years in prison plus five years of post-release supervision is Justin Farrow's sentence for the August 2015 armed robberies of women in Kensington and Windsor Terrace.

He stole cell phones, cash, a Metrocard, jewelry, and a gift card.

Farrow was arrested in September 2015 and found guilty in May of this year of robbing four women over a span of nine days who had been walking alone at night.

He was also found guilty on the charges of assault and possession of a weapon. He had hit one of his victims in the head and ear with his Beretta, a semi-automatic pistol.

He wasn't found guilty of a fifth charge of armed robbery.

Two officers in the 72nd Precinct had arrested him after seeing a man holding a gun at Vanderbilt Street and Prospect Park Southwest.
