Police Officer Gavigan and Sergeant Caporale of the 72nd Precinct arrested a suspect in the recent series of armed robberies of women in Kensington and Windsor Terrace.
The officers spotted a man holding a gun at Vanderbilt Street and Prospect Park Southwest last night at about 11:00 p.m. The man, Justin Farrow, was in possession of a loaded silver Beretta, the semi-automatic pistol shown below.
The charges pressed against him are five counts of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
