MOVEMENT CLASS AND DRUM CONCERT IN THE COMMUNITY GARDEN

Community Movement Class: Kirsten Adler, founder of Explore Movement, is a yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonics teacher. She blends elements of the three movement modalities for a holistic experience.

Kirsten is offering a free class this Sunday that's titled "Nutritious Movements For the Body." If you have a mat, bring it with you. Enter a raffle to try to win a free private session at Explore Movement. 



KWTC Ensemble/Taiko Drummers: The Kauro Watanabe Taiko Center will present a concert of Japanese drumming.

"Taiko has roots both as a living folk art and in classical traditions; and the music and associated choreography has evolved to be used in many forms ranging from grassroots community celebrations to sophisticated jazz compositions."
