The best-selling beverage at six-week-old Windsor Coffee, say owners Karen and Mark Newfeld, is the refreshing Oslo cold brew coffee, a
special roast and grind with chocolate overtones that is grown in Mexico. Also popular is the rich-tasting iced English Breakfast tea.
The various sweet and savory biscuits from Brooklyn Biscuit have particularly found favor with customers. The sweet biscuits currently offered are Blueberry Lemon, Vanilla Chip, and Chocolate Hazelnut. The savory biscuits, served warm, with butter on the side, are Salted Buttermilk, Pepper and Goat Cheese, and Cheddar Jalapeno.
A local artist hosted an art show opening at Windsor Coffee on Friday. Her work will be on exhibit in the store for the remainder of the week.
Open hours at Windsor Coffee are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days per week.
