Fina Pizza Bar is now Casalinga Sicilian Kitchen. "Casalinga" means "home cooking." The brick oven from Italy is still in place. The menu has expanded. Offerings include tapas (small plates), paninis, salads, a ricotta and mozzarella calzone, large "signature" pizzas, soda (Coca-Cola and Stewart's), beer, wine, sangria, and desserts. On the list of tapas is Jumbo Sicilian Baked Wings marinated in lemon, extra virgin olive oil, Italian herbs, and spices, then firewood baked and topped with caramelized onions.
One of the pizzas is a Spinachoke Signature Pie, whose ingredients are sauteed spinach and artichoke hearts smothered in Alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
