BUTTERFUNK KITCHEN'S, BROOKLYN COMMUNE'S, AND SUMNER'S LUNCHEONETTE'S FORMER HOME IS FOR SALE
The building recently vacated by Windsor Terrace restaurants Butterfunk Kitchen, Sumner's Luncheonette, and Brooklyn Commune is for sale.
601 Greenwood Avenue, also known as 1293 Prospect Avenue, is a four-story, mixed-use, non-elevator building comprised of nine apartments and two storefronts. Meridian Capital Group LLC, a Manhattan-based commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, has the exclusive listing.
Seven of the nine apartments are rent-stabilized and two are free-market. Six of them have two bedrooms and three have three bedrooms.
