No-Cost Breast Cancer Screening

Free digital mammograms and clinical breast exams will be available in Kensington for one day for uninsured and medically underserved women. Breast cancer screening can detect cancer before any signs or symptoms appear.
The American Italian Cancer Foundation's mobile care clinic will bring its No-Cost Breast Cancer Screening Program to Kensington on Wednesday, December 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Screenings are by appointment only. Schedule an appointment by calling (718) 277-5500 or (877) 628-9090.
Women who live in New York City, are forty years old or older, and have not had a mammogram in the past twelve months are eligible.
No co-pays are required, and deductibles are waived. Medical services will be provided by Multi-Diagnostic Services.
The American Italian Cancer Foundation has been providing these free screenings since 1987.
