Green-Wood Cemetery is simplifying the opening and closing times of its various entrances, starting on Sunday, November 5th. The hours will be as follows:
Main Entrance (Fifth Avenue and 25th Street)
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., October 1st to March 31st. Open daily.
7 a.m. to 7 p.m., April 1st to September 30th. Open daily.
Sunset Park Entrance (Fourth Avenue and 35th Street)
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Year-round. Open daily.
Fort Hamilton Parkway Entrance (Fort Hamilton Parkway and Micieli Place)
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open year-round on weekends and days of remembrance.*
Prospect Park West Entrance (9th Avenue and 20th Street)
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open year-round on weekends and days of remembrance.*
*days of remembrance: Good Friday, Memorial Day, September 11th, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving,
All Soul's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
