72nd Precinct Community Council Meeting
Tuesday, June 14th, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The June meeting of the 72nd Precinct Community Council will take place in Windsor Terrace, rather than in its usual meeting place in Sunset Park.
Brooklyn Prospect Charter School's Windsor Terrace Middle and High School at 3002 Fort Hamilton Parkway will be the location. The school (formerly Immaculate Heart of Mary School) is between E. 2nd and E. 3rd streets.
Everyone
who lives or works within the boundaries of the precinct is invited to
attend Community Council meetings. Contact the Community Affairs officers at (718) 965-6526 if you have any questions.
Elections for the Community Council will be held at this meeting. To be eligible to nominate someone and to vote, you must have attended four meetings within twelve months (not including April and May).
Translators from English to Spanish and Chinese will be available at the meeting.
Capt. Emmanuel Gonzalez has been the
Commanding Officer of the precinct since March of this year.
The
Community Council meets on the second Tuesday of the
month, from September through June, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30
p.m. Its usual meeting-place is Marien Heim of Sunset Park Senior
Housing.
